Barnsdales Strengthen Block Management Team

The Block Management team of Barnsdales has appointed Abbie Sliwinski form Barclays Bank to further strengthen its rapidly expanding block management business.

Rebecca O'Neil head of block management at Barnsdales commented "last year Barnsdales made a conscious and stated decision to expand its capabilities in the block management arena which includes the management of housing estates and public open space. Since then we have acquired Swift & Co in Sheffield and Blake Property Management in Aylesbury and won a number of significant new instructions in Barnsley and Doncaster. We therefore needed to strengthen our in house capabilities to service and support the thousands of occupiers and the RMC's associated with over 30 blocks we now manage. Abbie joins us from Barclays Bank where she has developed excellent financial reporting and customer service skills which are complementary to the block management role she is here to undertake".

Rebecca went on to say "we are also in discussions on a number of other block management instructions and we hope to have over 50 blocks under management by this time next year".
