3PS Appoint Barnsdales

Barnsdales Valuation team have been appointed by panel manager 3PS to undertake loan security valuation work for lenders including Allica Bank, the bespoke bank for SMEs.

Ryan Dunphy MRICS, Senior Valuation Surveyor at Barnsdales commented "we are delighted to have been approached by 3PS to join their valuation panel; we feel this is testament to our track record and market positioning in the property valuation world.
