We operate market leading property management software ReLeased and have a dedicated property management accounts team which also includes specialist credit control and service charge management teams. Our property management accounts function is headed up by our Finance Director and reports directly to the Board.
Our property management team use their market knowledge to advise on the appropriate approach, to meet the individual client’s requirements.They integrate with other departments, but most importantly our Facilities Management team (Barnsdales FM) and our leasing teams as well as our accounts team.
