Barnsdales was established in 1905, and quickly established itself as one of the leading property consultancies in South Yorkshire. We have now grown beyond this, having offices in numerous locations in the UK, and a team of over 70. We encompass a number of distinct divisions all within the Barnsdales Group offering specialist advice in the following areas:
Barnsdales – commercial property agency, property management asset management & professional services including building consultancy
Barnsdales FM – a full facilities management service (hard and soft services) covering the whole of the UK
Since 2018 through our strategic business plan we have acquired the following businesses:

- Bridge Property Management in Rotherham
- Blake Property Management in Aylesbury
- Marriotts Commercial in Nottingham
- Martyn Stubbs Chartered Surveyors in Nottingham
We continue to look for other property management or facilities management focused businesses to acquire and our Group Managing Director would welcome approaches from similar businesses.
