We have now grown beyond this, having offices in numerous different locations in the UK, and a team of over 60. Barnsdales FM – a full facilities management service covering the whole of the UK
Regional Property Auctioneers – offering regular property auctions; usually 6 times a year

The business has also acquired other business in the past including Bridge Estates in Doncaster in 2008, North's in Hatfield in the late 1990's, Earnest Wilson & Sons in Doncaster in the late 1980's and Arthur Brown in Doncaster in 1980.
We continue to look for other property management focused business to acquire and our Managing Director Jason Barnsdale would welcome approaches from similar business.

We are on the valuation panel for Legal & General, 3PS, VAS Panel and Method, as well as many High Street Banks including Barclays, Cambridge & Counties, Together, some Private Banks and Building Societies and housing associations including ACIS Group and St Leger Homes.

Any client money we hold is protected by the RICS’ Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme for property agents as approved by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
