Barnsdales Acquire Collonade House

Barnsdales, Chartered Surveyors acting on behalf of The Letting Rooms has agreed to acquire Collonade House in Bradford for an undisclosed multi million pound sum.
The investment team at Barnsdales lead by Managing Director, Jason Barnsdale sourced Collonade House off market and advised The Lettings Rooms on the deal.
The investment team at Barnsdales have also recently advised The Lettings Rooms on the acquisition of an office building in Leeds which they also sourced off market.
Jason Barnsdale commented “I am delighted to have sourced this opportunity off market and thrilled to have acted for The Lettings Rooms yet again, we have acquired over 5 investments for them in the last two years, with all bar one being sourced off market”.
