Barnsdales Appointed On St Marks Shopping Centre, Newark

Barnsdales are delighted to have been appointed by London based Topland Group to act as their local representative and to promote the centre locally on the 277,000 sq ft shopping centre anchored by Marks & Spencer and Wilkinsons.
Barnsdales will be working with London based GCW and Nottingham based FHP.
In addition Barnsdales have also been appointed to let 4,000 sq ft of offices within St Marks House in Newark which forms part of the centre.
Jason Barnsdale MRICS, Director at Barnsdales said he was delighted to be back working within the shopping centre market having bought and sold over £1bn of shopping centres throughout his career to date.
