Barnsdales Complete Major Letting To Pentagon Motor Group

Acting for private pension fund clients Barnsdales are delighted to confirm they have let a major new showroom on Wheatley Hall Road, Doncaster to Pentagon Motor Group who will operate as Alfa Ramoeo and Jeep.
An extensive refurbishment has transformed the new dealership to the same standards of the existing 33 sites in the group.

Jason Barnsdale MRICS, commented, “Barnsdales acted for the pension fund which owns this prominent 18,000 sq ft unit on Wheatley Hall and we quickly identified the requirement from Alfa Romeo and Jeep. The letting represents one of the largest letting in Doncaster this year”.
