New commercial management team appointment

Suzannah Allen BSc (Hons) has joined Barnsdales as a management surveyor working in the commercial management department with Daniel Shaw and Maisie Scrutton and based in Nottingham. Suzannah joins Barnsdales from NG Chartered Surveyors in Nottingham and has over 10 years’ experience and a Real Estate Management Degree. Suzannah will be involved in the management of commercial property in the east midlands, including Rutland, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.

Daniel Shaw MSc, BA (Hons) Senior Management Surveyor at Barnsdales commented "our commercial management portfolio has grown significantly over the last two years with new appointments by key clients and through corporate acquisitions including most recently Marriotts Commercial in Nottingham.  We now manage 362 commercial tenancies as of today's date and this is growing all the time. We have recently pitched for the management of a large multi let industrial estate, a multi let office and a large industrial development all of which would add significantly to our portfolio". Dan went on to say "we are encouraged by the amount of recommendations and referrals we are getting from Leeds and London agents for example to manage property for their clients; long may this continue".
