Barnsdales have let 1,260 sq ft of high quality Sheffield city centre office space in Bells Square to Rare Creative Group. The space comprises of the first and second floors of a recently refurbished, converted warehouse which is very on trend in terms of the type of space currently in demand, particularly in the city centre and areas like Kelham Island.

The landlord, Simon Mirfin of My Generation Gifts, said ‘we were really pleased with the product we had to market and therefore weren’t surprised at the level of interest received. We are delighted to have Rare Creative Group take the space as the nature of their business fits in with the building and Bells Square as a whole.’

Tom Shelton of Barnsdales, who did the deal, said ‘We are finding more and more that occupiers are looking for something different with their office space, not only to impress clients but also because the workplace is becoming so important for initially attracting good quality staff but also staff retention.
