Lettings Agent Wanted

Barnsdales want to recruit an experienced residential lettings person to run our residential lettings business. This role is purely dedicated to the letting of residential property as distinct from dealing with any property management issues which is handled by a different department.

Barnsdales manage in excess of 500 properties and so there is a constant supply of properties to let throughout South & North Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.

However the individual we are looking for will be capable of growing our lettings business and this will be a key function of this role from day one.

The individual will have at least two years residential lettings experience and have good industry and client contacts.

The salary will include a car allowance and an OTE package which will be commensurate with the candidates experience.

This is a key post which we are very excited about and the role has huge potential for the right candidate to progress and be promoted over time within our dynamic and expanding business.
