New Graduate Appointment

Barnsdales are delighted to welcome Adam Bates as a graduate surveyor to the property management team! Adam joins Barnsdales from PPH Commercial in Doncaster and prior to this he worked for Leeds City Council. He has a Real Estate Degree from Sheffield Hallam University and he will be undertaking his RICS APC whilst at Barnsdales.

Dan Shaw, Senior Management Surveyor commented "we are delighted to welcome Adam to our business, our management department has grown significantly over the last 18 months as a result of us winning some major new property management instructions and as a result of acquiring Marriotts Commercial (February 2020) and Martyn Stubbs Chartered Surveyors (September 2020). Adam's background in property management will help him hit the deck running.  He will be based in our Doncaster office and will be dealing with a mixed commercial property portfolio in South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire".
