New Property Manager Appointed

Barnsdales are delighted to announce the appointment of experienced property manager and expert block manager Hannah Spray BA (Hons).

Hannah has a BA (Hons) Degree from De Montford University, Leicester and a Level 3 award in Residential Lettings & Property Management from the National Federation of Property Professionals.

Prior to joining Barnsdales she worked for Wildheart Residential Management based in Surrey as a Leasehold Property Manager and prior to the this for Metropolitan Housing Trust, Sigma Capital Group Plc in Manchester, The SDL Group and Countrywide both in Nottingham.

Rebecca O'Neil, Head of Block Management at Barnsdales commented "we are absolutely delighted to have secured Hannah, she has lots of block management experience which is just what our team needed with our expanding portfolio. Hannah has some excellent market contacts and we anticipate she will help us grow and develop our block management business as well as taking on the day to day running of her own portfolio".
