November Property Auction

In a very exciting development Barnsdales in conjunction with Regional Property Auctioneers are delighted to report that they have teamed up with Lincolnshire based and national property auctioneers Swindells Auctioneers.

With immediate effect the Swindells auction team have joined forces with Regional Property Auctioneers and Edward Swindell has become the resident auctioneer.

Tina Waterfall from Swindells also joins the team as auction manager both Edward and Tina will be working with and supporting James Vandenbrook from Regional Property Auctioneers.

Jason Barnsdale MRICS, Managing Director of Barnsdales commented “this is the most significant development for our auction department since we established the business three years ago. Edward and Tina bring with them some excellent market contacts and many years of experience which is invaluable to our auction business”.

Regional Property Auctioneers are also pleased to announce a very full auction calendar for 2015 which comprises 10 auctions with 6 being held in Doncaster and 4 now being held in Peterborough.

Edward Swindell added “we are delighted to join forces with Barnsdales and the Regional Property Auctioneers team, we have followed their progress and expansion over the last 12 months and we can’t wait to get the first auction underway! We expect to sell many £10 million plus of property in 2015 and I know with the support of James and Jason we will be undertaking many exciting developments throughout 2015”.
