Promotion

We are delighted to report that Andrew Seale MRICS based in Barnsdales Cirencester office whilst spending a lot of his time in London has been promoted to Associate Director with immediate effect.

Jason Barnsdale MRICS, Group Managing Director said "Andrew joined our Cirencester office to grow our business in the South West and South East and he has excelled himself smashing our 2022 target by 45%".  Jason went on to say "he has developed our valuation business from this office from a cold start and this is now the significant part of our revenue from Cirencester, In addition with have also expanded our block management business from the Cirencester office and have won some major new management mandates in the last 12 months with several in the pipeline for 2023.  I could see us needing to recruit again later this year for this office as the business continues to grow in these regions".
