Site Sold to Aldi

Barnsdales are delighted to report they have sold a major development site to Aldi for them to build a new supermarket near Barnsley.
Acting for Leeds based developers Barnsdales secured the sale direct to Aldi after months of negotiations. The 2+ acre site was sold subject to planning and this planning consent was granted at the end of 2014.
Barnsdales are also in negotiations with Aldi and Lidl with other developers for three other similar sites in Yorkshire, as well as all of the major convenience store operators for numerous sites throughout the north of England. More suitable sites are urgently wanted.
