Andrew runs our Cirencester office; he is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and in the eight years prior to joining Barnsdales he worked for G L Hearn and Cushman & Wakefield. He is a graduate from the then Royal Agricultural College (now Royal Agricultural University), Cirencester.
He deals with property valuations, property management, agency, rent reviews and lease renewals. He has specific expertise in business rates and leads the Barnsdales rating business with some notable successes.
Andrew is also an RICS Registered Valuer and can provide loan security valuations in the South East including Central London, the Midlands and the South West.
Although based in Cirencester Andrew does also spend time in our London and Bristol offices and covers work in the South West, London and the South East.
