Associate Director - South West Region

Ian is a very experienced property professional with over 15 years working in property management. He is an Associate Director and is responsible for our business operations in the south west based in our Bristol office and overseeing our Cirencester business (formerly David Allberry & Co).

He has previously worked for Vickery Holman, Northwood and Crown Property Management in the South West as well as working for Savills and Hunt & Harris in the UAE and Dubai. He has experience of all aspects of commercial property management as well as having previously undertaken block management.

Ian has proven success in developing high- performing teams, delivering growth through business development, and optimizing operations within RICS- compliant environments. He is adept at strategic planning, property performance improvement, and client relationship management and is known for delivering operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and sustained revenue growth and is responsible for expanding Barnsdales' South West operations.
