Trevor is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has experience in both consultancy practices and the public sector formally with local government as a Conservation Officer and Property Manager.

In addition to core Building Surveying Trevor has experience with quality management, architectural conservation, retail/estate works programmes and surveying projects at all levels/types. Trevor’s previous role involved managing a multi-discipline team along with a strategic management and remit with the national building surveying management team.

Trevor is a proven team player and leader with excellent communication and management skills and setting high standards. Trevor is enthusiastic and determined approach ensures the delivery of the highest quality, technical and professional standards. This often results in repeat instructions and helps in securing new clients. As pert of the client relationship cross selling of the organization services was a key part in securing and developing in the relationships.
