Barnsdales Virtual Drinks

Since the lock down Barnsdales have been hosting virtual drinks using Zoom on a Friday afternoon for all staff. This initiative is intended to help the well being of all our staff and to keep morale and team spirits high. We specifically don’t discuss work!

Clive Chippindale Managing Director of Barnsdales FM came up with the idea and we have now held three with great success.

Clive commented “so far people have brought along their children, their wives and their dogs to the social and usually a beer or a glass of wine and we all have a chat and a bit of a giggle. The support and feedback has been fantastic and I can see this initiative continuing long after the lock down as it includes people normally based in our offices in Cirencester, Nottingham, Sheffield, Lincoln and Doncaster and we don’t often get together as a group so this has really helped everyone get to know each other a little better”.

There is now talk of a quiz for our next Virtual Drinks event!
