Nester appoint Barnsdales to Valuation Panel

Barnsdales have been appointed to provide secured lending valuations to Nester. Ryan Dunphy BSc (Hons) MRICS, Senior Surveyor at Barnsdales said "we are yet again excited to be appointed to a new valuation panel; with so much turbulence in the Professional Indemnity (PI) market at present Barnsdales have been able to buck the trend by recently extending our PI to £5m of cover which has opened the door to a wider market and larger more complex work and we look forward to working with the Nester team".
